TITAN Cargo XL

The Ventis TITAN Cargo XL series is designed for large-scale coating applications such as trucks, buses, rail vehicles, boats, and oversized industrial structures. These systems are engineered to deliver very high airflow capacities starting from 55,000 m³/h and above, ensuring stable process conditions, effective overspray control, and a safe working environment even in extreme-duty applications.

TITAN Cargo XL booths utilize a full downdraft airflow configuration, widely recognized as the most effective solution for controlling overspray and airborne contamination in large enclosures. Fresh, filtered air is supplied through a fully filtered ceiling plenum and flows evenly downward across the entire cabin volume toward the central floor exhaust plenum, providing uniform air movement and consistent coating quality over large surfaces.

With the exception of the TITAN 550, Ventis TITAN Cargo XL systems are custom-engineered and manufactured to order, based on specific customer requirements, vehicle dimensions, production volume, and site conditions. Each project is individually designed, including booth size, airflow capacity, filtration stages, access solutions, and structural configuration, ensuring optimal performance for the intended application.

The Ventis TITAN 550 is the standard reference model within the Cargo XL range, featuring internal dimensions of 15,000 mm length, 6,000 mm width, and 6,000 mm height. This configuration provides a proven baseline solution for large commercial vehicles while maintaining the flexibility to scale airflow performance and system options as required.

Ventis TITAN Cargo XL spray booths represent industrial-grade, purpose-built solutions for customers who require maximum airflow performance, reliable process control, and fully customized engineering for large-format coating operations.

Heavy Duty Construction:

Ventis TITAN Cargo XL spray booths are engineered for large-scale applications using heavy-duty insulated sandwich panels with an EPS core or alternative insulation options, combined with a corrosion-resistant galvanized steel roof and reinforced structural framework. The rigid, industrial-grade construction ensures long-term durability, thermal stability, and airtightness required for very large enclosures, supporting stable airflow and consistent process conditions during high-volume coating operations.

Fans & Motors:

Airflow is generated by high-capacity direct-drive (DDF) fans, designed for very high airflow rates starting from 55,000 m³/h and above. Fan systems are digitally controlled via variable frequency drives (VFDs), allowing precise airflow regulation across large cabin volumes while optimizing energy consumption. Compared to belt-driven systems, direct-drive technology provides higher efficiency, lower noise levels, and reduced maintenance, even in continuous-duty industrial environments.

Filtration system:

Clean air is supplied through a fully filtered ceiling plenum with diffusion media, ensuring uniform, low-turbulence airflow across the entire booth volume, even for oversized vehicles and structures. Exhaust air is drawn through a central or sectional floor exhaust plenum, equipped with high-efficiency exhaust filtration, effectively capturing overspray and airborne contaminants while maintaining a clean, controlled working environment compliant with industrial standards.

Doors:

Ventis TITAN Cargo XL booths are equipped with large-format industrial access doors, engineered to accommodate trucks, buses, rail vehicles, boats, and oversized components. Door configurations are customized per project and may include multi-leaf folding doors, sliding industrial gates, or sectional doors, with optional glazed panels for visibility. Dedicated technical access doors are integrated for safe servicing, inspection, and maintenance without interrupting production workflow.
